I work at the seam between production and systems. I edit, mix, caption, and package real media — and I build the React, Remotion, and Node tools that turn the slow, repetitive parts into repeatable pipelines.
I help produce and engineer the High Functioning Podcast — a B2B operator-focused show that's grown from 41 monthly views to a 31K+ peak across an 80+ episode archive (304K+ lifetime YouTube views) with a two-person team since Oct 2024. I work across booking and producing, edit and mix episodes, write captions, and package clips and thumbnails, and I built the post-production pipeline that makes that pace sustainable. I've also shipped drone and real estate media for clients in Massachusetts and built motion-graphics engines that replace After Effects render queues.
The throughline is the same everywhere: produce the work to a real standard, then build the system that makes the next round faster. I'm open to higher ed, healthcare training, L&D, podcast operations, and creative-technology roles.
